Looking for a place where everyone in the family can find their space? Welcome to Terre de Fleur, a large, comfortable cottage nestled in the heart of the Puisaye region, close to Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau.


Here, life is simple and easy: the kids can play table football (babyfoot), some can enjoy the terrace or make a cuppa, while others head off for a run or a walk on the country paths right outside the door.


With 7 bedrooms and 6 shower rooms (or bathrooms), everyone has their own space, ensuring your stay remains relaxed and fluid, even with a large group.


The terraces opening onto the peaceful countryside, the garden, the petanque court, and the neighbouring horses create a truly calming atmosphere.


Nearby, you can explore the renowned potters of Saint-Amand, the vineyards of Sancerre, and indulge in local specialities like warm gougères and Crottin de Chavignol goat cheese.


Terre de Fleur is a proper break for everyone—a vibrant spot where you can genuinely unwind, reconnect, and simply enjoy being together.

Our kitchen is completely set up for self-catering. You'll find all the main appliances, including a full oven, microwave, gas hob, pots and pans, ovenware, crockery, plates and dishes and glasses and, for easy clean-up, a dishwasher. We provide ample refrigeration with one dedicated fridge and a large fridge-freezer that features three handy freezer drawers. A dishwasher and a washing machine are also available.

Eating al fresco: the big terracce and the patio are equipped with two picnic tables to enjoy your meals as family, a BBQ and some garden chairs are also at your disposal.
Relaxing: You can enjoy reading a book or just relax around a glass of Sancerre and some goat cheese sitting comfortably in the garden chairs provided.
For your leisure: a pétanque field is available!
